Charger 9 Click Released

Charger 9 click is a Li-Ion (Li+, Li-Po) battery charger, capable of charging one, two or three battery cells. It is based on the MAX1757, an integrated Li+ battery charger with many features that allow safe and reliable charging. This IC has an internal switching-mode regulation with input current limiting, allowing it to use an external power supply from a cheap wall adapter, rated up to 14V. An extensive state machine of the MAX1757 IC with two additional timers regulates the charging process, ensuring safe and reliable battery charging process. In the case of an error, the charging process is stopped, and the fault is reported both over the LED and over the mikroBUS™ pin.

Pressure 12 Click Released

Pressure 12 click is a barometric gauge pressure measuring Click board™, equipped with the Amplified Basic Pressure sensor series (ABP), which features a ratiometric analog output, which is proportional to the applied pressure. It features a very low Total Error Band of 1.5% of FS, a specification used to describe all the measurement errors and deviations within the sensor itself. The ABP series sensor uses a calibrated and thermally compensated ASIC, providing a ratiometric output updated at a frequency of 1kHz. It can be directly used by the A/D conversion section of the host MCU, but it can also be directly used in a control feedback loop, for low latency operations.

RTC 8 Click Released

RTC 8 click is a real time clock module which has an extremely low power consumption, allowing it to be used with a single button cell battery, for an extended period of time. The RV-3028-C7 module built on the RTC 8 click is able to output the time in the standard format, as well as in the 32-bit UNIX format. Integrated, factory calibrated XTAL operating at 32.768 kHz ensures a very low time deviation. The compensation and offset data are stored within the internal non-volatile memory. There is also a possibility to password-protect the configuration parameters. An advanced interrupt feature allows many different uses such as alarm function, countdown timer function, external event detection function with time stamp and much more.

Presence click is an infrared sensing Click board™ which can be used for presence sensing, motion detection, and a remote overtemperature protection. Presence click is equipped with the TPiS 1S 1385, a thermophile sensor from CaliPile™ series. The TPiS 1S 1385 has an integrated signal processing circuitry, making it perfectly suited for portable and battery-operated applications. A wide field-of-view (FOV) and high resolution allow for both high sensitivity and operation without lenses, which makes the TPiS 1S 1385 an ideal solution for low-profile and space constrained applications.

SwipeSwitch Click Released

SwipeSwitch click is capacitive touch, gesture, and proximity sensing Click board™, which is equipped with the IQS266, an integrated trackpad controller circuit which features ProxSense® and IQ Switch® technologies. This IC consists of a 2x3-channel capacitive trackpad controller, and a single self-capacitive proximity sensor, which can be used to wake up the device. This ensures very low power consumption, as the device is able to stay in the Sleep mode when not used. The IQS266 can detect a number of various configurable swipe and tap gestures. An Automatic Tuning Implementation (ATI) feature ensures an optimized performance in various conditions.

WiFi BLE Click (ESP32) Released

WiFi BLE click is a Click board™ which provides WiFi and BT/BLE connectivity for any embedded application. It features the ESP32-WROOM-32, an integrated wireless connectivity solution. The ESP32-WROOM-32 module itself is based on the ESP32-D0WDQ6 chip, a powerful 32-bit SOIC that runs RTOS featuring LwIP and TLS 1.2 with hardware acceleration. Armed with such a powerful processor, the ESP32-WROOM-32 can achieve data rates of up to 150 Mbps. The ESP32-WROOM-32 can achieve up to 20 dBm of TX power, ensuring a reliable connection and good signal coverage. It offers an UART communication interface allowing it to be operated by using simple AT commands.

Pressure 5 click is a barometric pressure measurement Click board™, which features the BMP388, an accurate absolute barometric pressure sensor. Due to its very high sensing accuracy, it is perfectly suited for precise altitude tracking applications. The BMP388 pressure sensor can use both SPI and I2C communication protocols, allowing it to be interfaced with a broad range of MCUs. The BMP388 features onboard processing capabilities such as the IIR filtering, which can be used to filter out abrupt pressure changes. Thanks to its very low power consumption, Pressure 5 click to be used in a wide range of battery-powered and portable applications.

STSPIN250 click is a brushed DC motor driver with the current limiting and current sensing. It is based on the STSPIN250, a low voltage DC brushed motor driver. It is optimized for portable and low voltage applications, featuring the lowest standby current available on the market (max 80nA). Thanks to the low ON resistance of the MOSFETs used for its output stage, the STSPIN250 represents a highly efficient DC motor driver, with a very small (3x3mm QFN) form factor. The device implements a PWM current control with the fixed OFF time, along with a full set of protection features. STSPIN250 click can be used with the step motor voltage ranging from 1.8V to 10V, and current up to 2.6A.

It is based on the STSPIN220, a low voltage stepper motor driver from STSPIN2 series. It is optimized for battery-powered, low voltage motor driving applications, featuring the lowest standby current available on the market (max 80 nA). The STSPIN220 is a high-efficiency motor driver, featuring low ON resistance MOSFETs as the output stage, in a small 3x3mm QFN package. Its output stage implements the PWM current control with fixed OFF time, along with a full set of protection features. The device can be used with the step motor voltage ranging from 1.8V to 10V, and current up to 1.3A per bridge.
