MUX click Released

MUX click is a Click board™ that switches one of the four differential inputs to one differential output. It employs the MUX509, a modern CMOS analog multiplexing integrated circuit, produced by Texas Instruments. This IC can be powered with both dual power supplies, ranging from ±5V to ±18V, and single power supplies, ranging from 10V to 36V. It offers rail-to-rail operation, allowing the input signal to swing up (and down) to the voltage of the power supply, with no distortion. Features such as the break-before-make switching action, electrostatic discharge protection up to 2kV, low on-resistance and low input current leakage, make this circuit a perfect solution for various switching applications, especially those that utilize differential signals.

Excelon LP click carries a ferroelectric RAM module. Ferroelectric RAM, also known as FRAM, is a non-volatile memory type, with characteristics comparable to much faster DRAM memory modules. It is a much faster alternative to common serial FLASH and EEPROM modules which use the conventional technologies. Excelon LP click is ideal for embedded applications which frequently execute write operations. IR Grid 3 click is a thermal imaging sensor. It has an array of 768 very sensitive, factory calibrated IR elements (pixels), arranged in 32 rows of 24 pixels, each measuring an object temperature up to 300°C within its local Field of View (FOV). The MLX90640-BAA IR sensor used on this Click board™ has only four pins, and it is mounted inside of the industry standard TO39 package. The Click board™ comes as a fully tested and approved prototype, making it a reliable device ready to use on the development board. The full package also includes the mikroSDK™ software and a library with all the functions.

3xBuck click is a triple step-down (buck) converter Click board™. It features three independent output terminals that can provide 1.8V, 3.3V, and 5V with the combined current output up to 3A. This specific selection of output voltages makes this Click board™ a perfect choice for an embedded application power supply, as these voltages are the most commonly used values. The voltage at each output can be switched to a programmable internal voltage divider, in cases when the output voltage fine-tuning is required. 3D HALL 5 click is a very accurate, magnetic field sensing Click board™, used to measure the intensity of the magnetic field across three perpendicular axes. It is equipped with the IIS2MDCTR, a low power 3D magnetic sensor IC, from STMicroelectronics. This IC has a separate Hall sensing element on each axis, which allows a very accurate and reliable measurement of the magnetic field intensity in a 3D space, offering a basis for accurate positional calculations. The IIS2MDCTR magnetic sensor IC offers two industry-standard interfaces: both I2C and SPI communication protocols are supported by this IC. Fan 4 click Released

Fan 4 click is a very compact, two-wire fan driver. It utilizes an integrated 5V, DC, brushless-motor driver chip. Its output voltage regulation and current limiting capabilities allow the speed control for the two-wire DC brushless motors. The Click board™ uses the LTC1695 IC, which features an integrated 6-bit DAC. The DAC regulates the output voltage in the range from 0 to 4.92V. This IC also has some additional features, such as the maximum output current limiting, and thermal shutdown protection. There is also a startup boost timer which ensures reliable startup of the fan, connected to the output terminal.

Ambient 4 click is a light intensity-sensing and measuring Click board™, which features an accurate, light-intensity sensor labeled as BH1721FVC, made by ROHM Corporation. It offers a high measurement accuracy in the range between 1x to 1.35x of the actual light intensity. The spectral response of the sensor is calibrated to closely match the spectral response of the human eye. Thanks to its high level of integration, the sensor requires a minimal number of external components, allowing the Click board™ to incorporate an additional level translating IC, ensuring a reliable data transfer over the industry-standard I2C interface.

Vacuum click Released

Vacuum click is an accurate pressure sensor click board™ that is capable of measuring pressure values down to -115kPa. This click board™ utilizes a very precise, absolute pressure-sensor from NXP, labeled as MPXV6115V. This piezo-resistive transducer is an advanced monolithic pressure sensor, which combines the advanced MEMS manufacturing technologies with the integrated signal processing, providing accurate readings of the vacuum percentage, with very low drift over temperature. The sensor itself offers an analog voltage on its output pin, which linearly depends on the applied vacuum percentage. By utilizing the analog to digital converter, the Click board™ is able to output digital readings on the I2C pins, offering additional options for reading the sensor data.

CO 2 click Released

CO 2 click is a very accurate, carbon-monoxide-gas-sensor Click board™, equipped with the SPEC amperometric, 3SP CO 1000 gas sensor which electrochemically reacts with the carbon monoxide (CO). It is supported by the LMP91000, a high-precision integrated analog front-end IC (AFE), perfectly suited for use in electrochemical, sensing applications. The Click board™ also provides the reference voltage required by the sensor and it offers a choice between the analog output from the AFE IC buffered with the low noise op-amp, and the digital output from the 12-bit SAR A/D converter.

It is equipped with 2Kbit of EEPROM for storing the compensation and calibration parameters. The MLX90640 IR sensor array IC has I2C compatible digital interface, allowing it to be interfaced with a wide range of different MCUs. The sensor used on this Click board™ offers a summed field of view of 55°. The sensor can output up to 64 frames per second (FPS).

3D Hall 2 click Released

3D Hall 2 click is a very accurate magnetic field sensing Click board™, used to sense the magnetic field strength in three perpendicular axes. It relies on a TLV493D-A1B6, a low power 3D magnetic sensor from Infineon. This sensor has a separate Hall sensor for each axis, which allows a very reliable magnetic field sensing in 3D space, offering basis for accurate angle calculations. The TLV493D-A1B6 sensor uses industry standard I2C communication interface and requires a very low count of external components. The I2C interface is also used for the chip reset, so the sensor features a very low count of pins.

Microwave 2 click is an accurate and reliable short to medium range motion detection Click board™, based on a Doppler radar principle. Thanks to the highly integrated NJR4265RF2C1, an intelligent 24GHz microwave motion sensor, it can accurately sense the movement of a low-speed object. Featuring an integrated RF circuit, IF amplifier, and the MCU with its accompanying circuitry, it is able to provide signal processing, allowing better isolation of the useful movement signal and reduction of the background noise. In addition, it can detect an object approaching or leaving away, and autonomously signalize the detected event.

4D - display click is an adapter Click board™ that offers a mikroBUS™ interface for controlling 4D Systems gen4 Series intelligent Display Modules. 4D Systems designs and manufactures a wide range of Intelligent Display Modules equipped with powerful graphics processors. Their displays allow graphical objects control by exchanging specifically formatted messages with the external microcontroller (MCU) over the UART.
